haihhh like seriously ,i need to gave up my caffeine intake, kalo nak drop weight faster...haihh teruknyer..teruknya..teruknya
ya ..nak turunkan berat badan sebab kaki da rasa sakit sikit sikit bila beraktiviti..mungkin berat badan da bertambah :(
